Career Coach Wanted in Malmö

To Arena Workforce and our office in Malmö, we are now looking for an employee who can join the team within "Rusta och matcha" (Prepare and Match)!

The position is part-time with immediate start or as agreed.

As a career coach, you are responsible for, among other things, preparing job seekers to find work or studies and matching them with employers. You conduct assessments and assist job seekers with employer contacts and building networks.

Who are you?

You preferably have a large personal network in and around Malmö and nearby areas, or are willing to work actively to create and maintain employer contacts. Experience in coaching is an advantage. You must be comfortable working with computers and various systems.

Requirements

To be eligible as a supervisor in "Rusta och matcha", you must meet one of the following two alternatives:

1) A university/college education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the old system) plus at least two years of full-time work experience (part-time positions can be combined if the total working time equals full-time over two years).

2) At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade, plus at least three years of full-time work experience (part-time positions can be combined if the total working time equals full-time over three years) in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Team leadership with personnel responsibility.
• Recruitment.
• Transition work for job seekers.
• Study and career guidance.
• Processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).
• Work with labor market and working life issues.
• Work with social and group psychology.
• Career guidance.

Post-secondary education includes, for example, university education and various types of vocational training (e.g., KY and YH).

Please note that proof of education and employer certificates must be attached to your application and are prerequisites for the employment to begin. Foreign degrees must be validated by UHR (the Swedish Council for Higher Education).
