About the role

Jobbie Sverige AB helps people move forward in their careers. As a Career Coach, you will be a key person supporting participants in finding jobs, developing, and achieving their goals. You will work closely with both participants and employers, building relationships and creating real opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Coaching and support for participants in job seeking and career development.
• Matching with employers and follow-up of workplaces.
• Contacting companies and building networks in Eastern Skåne.
• Contributing to a welcoming and professional office environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues and developing working methods.

Requirements for the role

• Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are an advantage).
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to helping others.
• Locally rooted in one of the locations (Kristianstad, Bromölla, or Sölvesborg).
• Positive, solution-focused, and motivated.
• Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education is an advantage.

Qualifications to work with us

You must meet either Alternative 1 or Alternative 2:

Alternative 1:

• University degree of at least 180 credits.
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience.

Alternative 2:

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant professions, e.g., team leadership, recruitment, coaching, career guidance, or HR.
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education with a passing grade.
