The Recruitment Unit is a central function that contributes to high quality in Region Skåne's many recruitment processes. Currently, around 50 engaged and driven colleagues work here in various specialist roles within the recruitment field. We constantly develop our working methods and services to meet our customers' needs in the best way. RESPONSIBILITIES
At our company, we work with various parts of the recruitment process, from designing and publishing attractive job ads to driving entire recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers. We are a strategic and operational support for recruitments throughout Region Skåne, filling roles ranging from specialist positions in healthcare and administration to managerial positions at various levels.
In the role of a recruiter with a focus on base recruitment, you are responsible for central parts of the process. Your main area of responsibility includes kickoff meetings with managers, drafting and publishing job ads, quality assurance of selections, conducting pre-employment checks, and handling feedback to candidates.
In addition to our core tasks, you will contribute to various ongoing recruitment-related assignments. This could be our volume recruitment before summer or various labor market policy initiatives for young people, students, and individuals far from the labor market.
We work in teams and support several different operations within the region. Here, you will have access to competent and engaged peer support where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. Our shared experience, unit size, and passion for recruitment are some of our greatest strengths. We are located in activity-based offices at Medicon Village in Lund, and remote work is a natural part of the job. Travel within Skåne may occur as our customers are located in several municipalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply have a university/college education in a field relevant to the position, or other education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. The tasks require you to have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of the Office package. We would appreciate if you have experience working in a project form or with assignment-based tasks, as the work involves both larger and smaller recruitment-related assignments. Furthermore, we view positively if you have experience working in a service function with customer contact, preferably within administrative services.
We are looking for you who are engaged, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You are responsive to customers' needs, take initiative, and communicate clearly and professionally. The role involves many contact points, which requires you to be skilled at creating and developing good relationships.

Salary range: 30,000–40,000 SEK.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: According to agreement. The positions cover two fixed-term assignments until July 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
