HR Specialist at Bromölla Municipality
Bromölla Municipality, located in northeastern Scania on the border with Blekinge, has nearly 13,000 inhabitants. We enjoy the advantages of a small municipality, with proximity and short distances both geographically and between people. Here you will find good communications, a highly regarded business climate, and a vibrant cultural and leisure life. The municipality is surrounded by beautiful and varied nature, with close proximity to both lakes and the sea. Bromölla is close and surprisingly good.
The position is located within the HR Unit, which is part of the Business Area for Social Development and Service. The HR Unit consists of a team of seven employees, including three HR Specialists and an HR Manager, who provide the main HR support to the municipality's approximately 60 managers and our municipal companies.

Job Description
As one of our three HR Specialists, this role is ideal for you if you thrive professionally in providing operational support to management, while also developing our HR processes. You will work with the full range of operational HR issues and take responsibility for one or more HR processes.
Together with your colleagues in the unit, you will have the opportunity to shape the content of the role, based on existing needs and demands, as well as on how we can best utilize and match the combined experience and competence you bring to our team.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an academic degree, preferably in HR, or other education that we assess as equivalent. You have current experience in operational HR work within the public sector and in independently coordinating and developing HR processes.
As our team strives to have the best possible mix of combined experience and competence, we would appreciate it if you have a few years of experience from a corresponding HR role.
You are accustomed to using various digital support tools and AI to make your workday smoother. Experience in conducting training and coordinating different work groups is also a plus.
Your combined experience and competence are obviously important, but we will place great emphasis on finding the right person for our existing team, where your personal qualities will be crucial for both you and us to feel that it is a good fit.
You need to have a keen sense of touch to listen effectively and build trusting collaborations. Although you need to be self-reliant in this role, it is natural for you that we in HR, together with our other support functions, help each other, support one another, and use each other as sounding boards, and that you recognize and utilize our collective competence and experience.
Interviews are planned to be held during week 35.
Before employment, you must provide a certificate of conduct from the Swedish Police Authority. You can order this certificate yourself on the Police website, www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se).
If you find the above description exciting and a good match for what you are looking for, we would be happy to receive your application!
