Responsibilities

As part of our customer service team, you will play a key role in every customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary tasks will be to answer incoming calls and emails. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction, which contributes to sales and efficiency.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls
• Email handling
• Chat support
• Mail handling
• Case management and follow-up inquiries

Who are you?

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You have good computer skills or previous experience with CRM/customer systems.
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles is preferred.
• You have good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin employment with a week of internal training on the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the Role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

Employment Terms: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary + shift allowance (OB).
