We are now looking for a Junior B2B Account Manager for our office in Malmö – a first sales role for you who are at the beginning of your career, perhaps just finishing high school, and want to learn real sales from the ground up.

About the roleAs a Junior B2B Account Manager – Telecom & Business Services, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate customers who want to modernize their telephony, switchboards, and communications. This is a pure junior role – you are not expected to be able to sell from day one, but will learn the entire craft during the training period.
You will receive thorough training from the ground up and learn to drive the business from first contact to closing and follow-up, with support from clear processes, CRM systems, and colleagues with long experience in the field.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing new B2B corporate customers
- Conducting needs analyses within telephony, switchboards, and communication solutions
- Presenting and packaging solutions that create business value for the customer
- Preparing quotes, driving deals to closure, and following up
- Building long-term customer relationships and developing your own customer portfolio
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a strong overall delivery
This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for you who are completely new to sales. We do not require previous experience – perhaps you have just graduated, tried a few part-time jobs, or simply want to change tracks and try something new. The most important thing for us is that you are social, fearless in conversations, and have a desire to learn and develop quickly.
