About the role

As Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Corporate Services, you are responsible for developing and managing corporate customers who want to modernize their telephony, PBX, and communication systems.

You drive the business from initial contact to closing and follow-up, supported by clear processes, CRM systems, and colleagues with extensive experience in the field.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and developing new B2B corporate customers

  • Conducting needs analysis regarding telephony, PBX, and communication solutions

  • Presenting and packaging solutions that create business value for the customer

  • Preparing quotes, driving deals to closure, and following up

  • Building long-term customer relationships and developing your own customer portfolio

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a strong overall delivery

We believe you:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within B2B or service sales

  • Are accustomed to working towards goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline

  • Enjoy business dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and customer meetings

  • Like consultative sales and building relationships

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish

Meritorious:
  • Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services

  • Familiarity with CRM and structured sales work
