We are now looking for a Transformation & Change Leader who wants to contribute to a comprehensive transformation program on a Nordic level. In this role, you will work closely with leaders, business owners, and transformation teams to ensure that change initiatives are implemented successfully and create long-term value for the organization.
About the Role
As a Transformation & Change Leader, you are responsible for identifying, planning, and driving the organizational, operational, and leadership-related changes required to achieve the program's goals. You will play a key role in creating engagement, building understanding of the change, and supporting both leaders and employees throughout the transformation journey. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire Nordic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support change initiatives within the organization.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, dialogue meetings, and change activities.
- Translate business needs into concrete change and engagement plans.
- Support managers and teams in their change efforts.
- Collaborate closely with HR, business owners, and transformation teams.
- Ensure alignment among various stakeholders and contribute to the successful implementation of changes.
- Participate in projects related to culture, leadership, and organizational development.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in change management, organizational development, HR, transformation, or similar fields.
- A skilled facilitator with the ability to lead workshops and create engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and experience handling a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experience from a Nordic or international organization is considered an advantage.

About the Assignment
- Duration: Approximately 18 months with the possibility of extension.
- Scope: Initially 50%, with the possibility to increase to 75%.
- Work mode: Hybrid.
- Location: Flexible within the Nordics.
