Responsibilities

In this Customer Service Representative role with a focus on contract management, you will primarily handle outbound calls and email correspondence with customers who have, for example, submitted a move notification, switched electricity providers, or have an agreement nearing its end. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction and serve as a helpful guide in the process of choosing an electricity contract.

As part of the team, you will work on:

  • Inbound calls and emails regarding quotes and cancellations.
  • Outbound calls and emails for customers who have submitted move notifications, switched contracts, or have agreements nearing their end.
  • Authorization management (fullmaktshantering).
  • Case handling and follow-up communications.

Who are you?

  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have solid computer skills or prior experience with CRM/customer systems.
  • You are driven by goals, thrive in high-activity customer environments, and are results-oriented.
  • You have a strong team spirit and enjoy close collaboration with others.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start. Therefore, we begin your employment with a one-week internal training program on the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the role

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.

Employment terms: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
