About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at Privab, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships within your district in southern Sweden, based out of Malmö and surrounding areas. You will independently plan and execute your work through regular customer visits, collaborating closely with our clients in the confectionery, snacks, and beverages sector.

You will develop existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to long-term growth through a commercial and relationship-driven approach. The role offers freedom with responsibility and close collaboration with the Field Sales Manager, Inside Sales team, and other parts of the organization.

Travel is part of the role, with longer trips approximately every sixth week, including overnight stays when needed.

As a Field Sales Representative, you are Privab’s face to the market and a key driver in building strong customer relationships and successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and actively prospect new customers within your district.
  • Plan and structure your own workday with customer visits, follow-ups, and activities according to your self-managed route plan.
  • Work actively towards sales targets and contribute to profitable growth by developing customer relationships, assortments, campaigns, and in-store exposure.
  • Analyze customer sales data, track results, and support customers with statistics, sales materials, and product information.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, the Sales Manager, and other functions, providing market insights and improvement proposals to further develop Privab’s sales strategies and working methods.

To succeed in this role, you are communicative, commercially minded, and confident when interacting with a diverse range of customers. You enjoy working independently but also value being part of an engaged team.

You bring energy, commitment, and a natural drive to find solutions that create value for both the customer and Privab.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience
  • Valid B-class driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own daily schedule
  • Comfortable working digitally and quick to adapt to new systems and workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365/Office, particularly Excel
  • Based in Malmö or the surrounding area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from the food industry
  • Familiarity with business systems, such as Business Central or similar ERP solutions
  • Experience working towards set targets and tracking results
  • Background in assortment management, campaigns, or retail exposure
