Customer Service Specialist – Full-time (Finnish/Swedish)

Are you service-oriented, communicative, and fluent in both Finnish and Swedish? Then this might be the role for you! We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist on a full-time basis for our Multi Team at Barona Contact Center in Malmö.

Start: Immediately or as agreed

Location: Onsite Malmö

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide professional customer service for several of our partners. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of service and a positive customer experience. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and customer focus are at the center.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent Finnish and Swedish.
• Has a strong interest in service and customer interaction.
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and responsible.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple customer cases.

Previous experience in customer service is meritorious but not a requirement.

Salary

• 22,000 SEK/month for individuals under 24 years old.
