Hi there! We need your help! Our business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced career coach who wants to make a difference for people seeking new jobs and opportunities.

We are currently seeking a career coach who will initially be based at our Trelleborg office. The initial employment level is 50%. Working hours are not yet fixed but will follow the office opening hours, which are either 08:30 – 12:30 or 12:30–16:30. The start date is intended to be as soon as possible, limited only by finding the right person.

The position needs to be flexible, with the possibility of increasing the employment level and potentially working from the office in Malmö.

So, who are you?

You are the person who makes others feel safe, inspired, and ready to take on the world. You have experience, preferably in networking and coaching, are self-motivated, and like to roll up your sleeves. You know how to balance professionalism with a friendly tone, preferably with a twinkle in your eye.

Here are some requirements—now I need to get a bit serious:

You MUST have one of the following:

• A university education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) combined with work experience: At least two years equivalent to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total accumulated working time equals full-time over two years.

OR

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, combined with work experience of at least three years equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Staff management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case handling in personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Additionally, you enjoy working with people and know what "service-minded" means (Spoiler: it means actually caring).

What you will do here:

• Help people find the right job and develop, both personally and professionally.
• Match participants with employers (and if possible, do it with a smile).
• Contribute to building our operations within Rusta och Matcha, which means you should be flexible with some new tasks outside the traditional career coach role.
