Office Administrator / Finance Specialist – Eslöv

As an administrator at our company, you will handle supplier invoices, billing, sales of spare parts and service work, as well as contracts, tenders, and other office tasks.

Your background and personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and proactive in their daily work. You are social, responsible, reliable, curious, and a quick learner. You are passionate about your job, have a strong service orientation, and are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You are also results-driven and cost-conscious.

You are proficient with computers and use the Office suite regularly. Experience in procurement and contract processes is a plus. Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken) are required. Knowledge of German or Spanish is advantageous, as is a post-secondary education of two years or longer.

Your personal qualities are important to us as we are a small but growing company. You should collaborate easily with others and show initiative in developing and improving routines and processes.

A valid B driver's license is required.

Mawima Teknik AB was founded in 2010 in Eslöv. We now have 19 employees, including 14 service technicians, 4 office staff members, and a CEO. Six service technicians are based in Stockholm, one in the Gothenburg area, and the rest operate from Eslöv. We sell spare parts and provide servicing, inspection, and repair services for equipment within healthcare, home care, physiotherapy, and fitness/gym sectors.
