In Kristianstad, we house our specialist expertise in soil, grain, and roughage feed analysis. Here, we work closely with agriculture and the food chain, providing analyses and services that help our customers make well-informed decisions.
Who are we?
We may not be well-known to you, but everything we do has a positive impact on your life, your health, and the environment. Among us, there are around 50 different roles, including lab engineers, system developers, environmental scientists, and customer support staff. Together, we work based on our core values: Our Customer, Quality, Professional Pride Together as well as Professionalism & Sustainability.
What you will do with us
In this role, you will become an important support to our ASMs (Analytical Service Managers), who work on validating and delivering analysis reports to our customers. You will help create a smooth flow between the customer, support, sales, and the laboratory. The role combines administration, customer support, and inside sales, where you work with both customer and sample flows as well as customer follow-up.
Your tasks may include, among other things:

- Registering and handling samples
- Providing support to customers via phone and email
- Answering questions regarding analyses, orders, quotes, and invoices
- Working with customer follow-up and inside sales to existing customers
- Administering and developing work in our internal systems
- Creating simpler customer and sales materials
The tasks vary throughout the year depending on the season and customer needs. This is a role for you who enjoys combining service, administration, customer contact, and practical work close to the operations.
What can we offer you?
- A secure workplace with collective agreements and pension solutions.
- Two extra vacation days and flexible working hours for a better balance between work and leisure.
- Opportunities for professional development within Eurofins, where we value your personal growth.
- A meaningful work environment where you contribute to making the world a little better every day.
- A relocation bonus of 15,000 SEK if you move more than 80 km to work with us.
