Order Administrator at Lechner in Helsingborg
Lechner Svenska Holding ABSkåne län, Helsingborg
Previous experience is desired
About the Company:
Lechner is a company located in Strömsnäsbruk and a leading manufacturer of custom-made and made-to-measure countertops. Our factory was built in 2011, and we currently have approximately 65 employees. As an expansion, we have also opened an office in Helsingborg.
Lechner is an established, leading manufacturing factory that acquired new owners in 2022. It is a company in transition, where we are working to build a strong organization and prepare the business for the future. Entrepreneurial spirit is a good term to describe the company, characterized by short decision-making paths and a strong focus on building the right team. We invest in you as an employee and want you to develop together with us.
About the Role
In the role of Order Administrator, you will become an important part of the organization's sales department.
You will work daily with receiving orders and processing them in our ERP system.
Daily routines include, in addition to order processing, fulfilling customers' requests regarding special corrections or relocations of orders, as well as being helpful via phone and email.
Furthermore, you will work on building close relationships with our customers while ensuring they receive their deliveries on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments within the organization and communicate with colleagues in purchasing, planning, production, marketing, and sales.
There are two positions available: one full-time position and one temporary position of approximately 10 months (with a possibility of extension), starting immediately. The location is Helsingborg.
Your Background
We are looking for you with at least a high school education. You are detail-oriented, have an easy time understanding drawings, and are service-oriented. Experience with order processing, customer contact, and coordination between internal departments is a plus. You are accustomed to working structurally in business systems and maintaining high quality even under time pressure.
It is an advantage if you have worked with Monitor and/or have experience from the kitchen industry.
You are fluent in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You have good knowledge of Office 365.
To thrive in this role with us, we believe you appreciate creating structure, are skilled at building relationships, and – just like the rest of us in the company – have a strong sense of responsibility. You should enjoy a varied daily routine where customer service is combined with administrative tasks and problem-solving.
Questions regarding the position can be answered by Team Manager Johanna Kegg.
