We are looking for a Field Sales Representative for one of our clients, with the mission to increase sales of their premium heating solutions. The company has an ongoing business, but due to the owner's lack of time, a new person is needed to take over the entire sales process.

  • The Field Sales Representative processes leads from the client's CRM system and is responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish. This includes making cold and warm calls, booking and conducting client meetings, creating business opportunities, and closing deals in line with set budget targets.
  • The assignment is evaluated systematically based on clear KPIs, such as the number of calls made, booked client meetings, number of deals, revenue, and profitability.
  • The majority of working hours will be spent in the field, requiring good structure and planning to maximize effective sales time.
  • The geographical area of responsibility is Southern Sweden, where overnight stays may occur.
  • A personal car (at least initially) and a valid driver's license are required.
  • We are looking for someone driven to meet or preferably exceed their budget. You have a nose for business, are outgoing, easy to get along with, open-minded, and skilled at conducting various types of dialogues.
  • Based on the results you deliver, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent position with the client.
  • A clear onboarding process will be conducted to ensure your success.
