About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Nautec, you will have a central role in developing and strengthening relationships with Nautec's customers. You will be responsible for a geographically extensive district covering the Stockholm region, Norrland, Gotland, and parts of the west coast. In this role, you will manage some of Nautec's most strategically important customers, with a focus on developing existing business, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to continued growth.
In this role, you will have daily contact with customers via phone and digital meetings, as well as physical customer visits when needed. The role therefore involves travel within the relevant districts. You will work closely with customers across several segments, including retailers, e-commerce players, service yards, and boat manufacturers, where a key part of the assignment is to broaden the assortment and create long-term value for both the customer and Nautec.
You will have significant autonomy and your own customer budget, and are expected to drive the business forward through a proactive and business-minded approach. To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in an environment where you identify opportunities, make decisions, and take initiatives that contribute to increased sales and continued market growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive and develop business relationships with key accounts
- Conduct needs analyses and present tailored solutions
- Be responsible for the customer's growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and a smooth customer experience
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in strategic B2B sales
- Has a proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Has very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Is proficient in using modern CRM tools
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
