We are now looking for a Transport & Logistics Administrator for our client in Malmö. Responsibilities
As a Transport & Logistics Administrator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport flows to ensure deliveries are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with current regulations. The role involves close collaboration with production, planning, purchasing, and external logistics partners, making you a key link between various parts of the business.
You will primarily:
- Plan, execute, and monitor transports.
- Ensure correct transport documentation.
- Manage daily contact with transport suppliers.
- Review and approve transport invoices.
- Optimize transport solutions and work with consolidation.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flows together with other functions.
- Ensure documentation is archived according to current regulations.
- Participate in process and working method improvements.
- Support the Trade & Transportation Manager with supplier follow-up, claims, and quality issues.
- Work with master data and the development of transport processes.
- Ensure compliance with the client's values, safety requirements, and code of conduct.
Your Profile
You are a person who thrives with order and structure while also having an easy time collaborating with people in different functions. You take responsibility, work proactively, and have an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture. Since the role involves many international contacts, you feel confident communicating in both Swedish and English.
Qualifications
- Valid certificate for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA).
- Experience working in a Transport Management System (TMS), preferably nShift.
- Relevant work experience for the assignment.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
