We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson who wants to contribute to our continued growth journey. With us, you become part of an open, helpful, and engaged team where we value both business benefits and job satisfaction.
Your main tasks:
- Actively work with sales and development of your customer base based on your own sales budget.
- Be responsible for your own customer portfolio, including proactive work and planning of customer visits.
- Further develop existing relationships and establish new business contacts.
- Understand customer needs and adapt our offer within products and services.
- Handle quotation work and follow up on agreements within building materials and hardware.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in B2B sales and proactive selling.
- Have good business understanding and the ability to create value in customer dialogues.
- Are a team player who contributes energy, engagement, and spreads joy in the team.
- Have knowledge of the construction industry, preferably including experience with ABM07.
- Are structured and drive your work forward in an independent manner.
- Are receptive, service-oriented, and have an easy time building trust.
- Preferably have a local network in the construction industry in Landskrona and the surrounding area.
To thrive as a customer account salesperson with us, you need to have your own drive, appreciate freedom under responsibility, and feel engaged in the entire sales process – from first contact to follow-up. You are good at meeting different people, listening to needs, and creating security in every dialogue.
As it is currently vacation time, we are available for any questions about the position from week 34 onwards.
