Do you want to be a central part of Sydsten's customer center and have a daily routine full of customer contact, logistics coordination, and collaboration? As a Customer Center Employee, you ensure that the right concrete arrives at the right place at the right time.

We are now looking for a Concrete Customer Center Employee for Sydsten in Malmö!

What does a Customer Center Employee do here?

As a Customer Center Employee within the concrete business area at Sydsten, you become part of a company with extensive expertise in concrete and rock materials. You report to the Customer Center Manager and will receive a thorough introduction to Sydsten's operations, providing good insight into the production of ready-mix concrete, concrete pumping, and our logistics before you take clear individual responsibility.

You are the direct contact for Sydsten's customers in Skåne – from order receipt and quotation submission to daily transport planning. You are a vital link between the customer and the factories.

The role is broad and operational, requiring that you thrive in a fast-paced environment, make your own decisions in daily work, and enjoy helping customers find the right solution.

Some of your most important tasks:

• Receive and administer customer orders

• Provide quotations and guide customers in choosing the right product and service

• Plan and coordinate daily transports and services.

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, factories, drivers, and pump operators

• Contribute to improving common routines and working methods

Who are you?

We believe you have a background in the construction industry or adjacent sectors, perhaps from building supply, prefab, steel, or glass, or other relevant experience that enables you to understand our customers. You need to be service-oriented, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility in a changing daily routine.

The most important thing is that you enjoy customer contact, are accustomed to working in business systems, and contribute to the team with an unpretentious and solution-oriented attitude.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in customer service, inside sales, or order reception

• Have a background from the construction industry or adjacent sectors – a requirement to understand the business

• Are self-reliant and enjoy making your own decisions in daily work

• Have good system proficiency, are a quick learner, and have an interest in learning new digital tools

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Experience in transport management and logistics coordination is meritorious. Ability to communicate at a basic level in English, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement, and a B-driver's license is a plus.
