As a machine salesperson at Östra Sönnarslöv Traktorservice, you will become part of a family-owned company with a long history of successful experience in the service and sales of agricultural machinery and spare parts. We are growing rapidly and have just expanded our workshop by 900 sqm to continue offering our customers the best service and to keep growing as a business. As part of the sales team, you will work result-focused in a driving role in close collaboration with the facility and will be the primary link to our customers.
Our product portfolio consists of the industry's highest quality agricultural machinery, such as: CLAAS, HORSCH, METSJÖ, KVERNELAND, SPEARHEAD, SCANSTONE, AVR, TREJON, IMPETU, HOLM, BIGAB, FARMA, MOWI, QUICKE, and DALBO.
YOUR ROLE
Sales of our product portfolio in close relation to our customers.
As a machine salesperson, you will have an important role and work with the sales of both new and used machinery based in northeastern Scania. Your role is to stand behind and represent our brands and have a heart for the industry. You will process new customers, but also manage already established customer relationships with a focus on long-term sustainability. With the help of your knowledge, you drive a consultative dialogue with your customers to understand their needs. Your most important task is to be out in the field close to the customer and understand the farmers' operations. You will become part of our sales team that works in close collaboration.
Your duties will also include:
- Create and build long-term customer relationships
- Follow-up and analysis of business
- Processing and development of customer registers
- Organize machine demonstrations and participate in trade fairs
- Training and competence development both internally and with our suppliers
YOUR PROFILE
Results-oriented salesperson with a passion for agriculture and customer relationships.
We are looking for you who have a strong personal drive and are results-oriented, combined with good teamwork skills. You have a strong business focus and are a person who always seeks improvements and new opportunities. You have energy and passion for developing businesses with documented successful sales experience. Furthermore, you are a precise communicator with the ability to convey your message. In addition, you are persuasive and easily able to demonstrate the positive impact the machines have on customers' operations. We would like you to have a strong technical interest and broad knowledge of agricultural machinery. We place great importance on your personal qualities. Furthermore, we see that you have:
- Background and experience within agriculture, machinery, and sales
- Are computer literate and a good administrator
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Category B driver's license is a requirement
