The Unit Business Pool belongs to the Business Area for Service Travel and is a resource unit for our three units: Order Reception, Traffic Control, and Customer Service. Within our business pool, you will have a main focus but will also work in our other units. This means you will be trained with a double or triple competency that supports all areas.

Our new modern head office in Hässleholm provides space for flexible working methods and cross-functional meetings. Here you work activity-based and choose your workstation based on your immediate needs. You have the opportunity to distribute your work week between remote work and on-site work. Our head office is located next to the central station. You can easily travel here by train or bus from all over Skåne.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a colleague who wants to work broadly as an order receiver, traffic controller, and customer service representative. This is a role with triple competency where you work across the boundaries of our three units based on need.

At the Order Reception, your tasks consist of receiving orders and booking service trips in our booking system via phone and email. This includes medical travel, transport service trips, local traffic, and on-demand line traffic. Furthermore, you maintain and develop Service Travel's relationships with our customers and partners. In your role, you work closest to the customer and have the opportunity in this contact to create a unique relationship.

At Traffic Control, your main task is to create efficient and proactive traffic management that anticipates delays and takes measures so that the customer feels secure with their journey. Our goal is to create the world's best journey for our customers.

Your tasks within Customer Service consist of providing customers with information about Service Travel's offerings and services. You provide support regarding performed services to our customers via phone, email, and chat, and you work with investigative work when incidents occur.

We operate 24/7, all year round.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are at least 18 years old and have relevant experience and competence for the position. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, is a requirement, as is good familiarity with working with computers and phones as these are your primary work tools. Experience in service professions, for example within reception, customer service, or call center with incoming telephony and customer contact, is meritorious. Experience working with medical travel and transport services is also meritorious.

The role requires a service-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious person with good communication skills in both speech and writing. The work involves close collaboration with others, while also requiring independence and the ability to take initiative. A sometimes high pace occurs, as well as elements of more monotonous tasks, which needs to be experienced as motivating. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Salary: 27,000-28,000 SEK/month.
