Orkla Foods Sweden prepares food and beverages in Sweden with love and care for people, sea, and land. Digitalisation Lead - Drive smarter ways of working together with the business

At Orkla Foods Sweden, we are in the midst of an exciting development journey where digitalization and AI are becoming increasingly important enablers for working smarter and creating even more value for the business. We are now looking for a Digitalisation Lead who wants to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and help the organization take the next step.

Even though you will work closely with both IT and digital tools, this is primarily a business-facing role. You will be the one who captures needs, creates alignment between different stakeholders, and drives initiatives from idea to implementation. The role suits you if you gain energy from collaborating, influencing, and developing ways of working rather than doing programming or technical specialist development yourself.

Your role with us

Who are you?

You do not need to be the most experienced person in the room to succeed with us. The most important thing is that you are curious, proactive, and enjoy driving things forward together with others. With us, we will call you IT Process Developer, but a cherished child has many names, and you might currently work as a Business Analyst, project manager, process developer, business developer, or digital consultant – or you have another role where you have had the opportunity to lead change initiatives, improve ways of working, or drive digital projects. Regardless of title, we believe you are motivated by creating value, simplifying everyday life for others, and turning ideas into concrete results.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have a few years of experience in business development, project management, process improvement, or digitalization. You are a person who quickly builds trust and relationships and finds it easy to collaborate with different types of people and functions. You communicate in a clear and pedagogical manner, can adapt your message to the recipient, and feel comfortable creating alignment between different stakeholders.

We also believe you have a genuine interest in the business behind the processes and are driven by understanding how things work – and how they could work even better. You take initiative, dare to ask questions, and see opportunities where others see challenges. At the same time, you are curious about how digital tools and new ways of working can support the business and contribute to smarter, simpler, and more efficient work processes.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Automation or digital workflows
• Efficiency improvements using AI
• Requirements specification or supplier dialogues
• FMCG, retail, or manufacturing operations
