Do you want to work in a role where you are the hub of a global supply chain? We are now looking for a Freight Forwarder for a leading player in energy and automation in Malmö. Here you will work in a technical and international environment where structure, precision, and collaboration are central.
In this role, you are a key link between freight companies, internal functions, and other business units. We are looking for someone who not only handles daily transports but also has the ability to see the big picture, understand how flows connect, and solve problems before they escalate.
About the role
As a Freight Forwarder, you are responsible for the unit's outgoing and incoming goods flow — from transport booking and export documentation to invoicing and follow-up. You are the contact point for freight companies and internal functions regarding all transport-related matters, and you work closely with colleagues within Automation Energy Industries and the Repair & P&F Center in Malmö.
Your main responsibilities
You coordinate and book transports, including time-sensitive express deliveries and dangerous goods, and monitor that deliveries stay on schedule. You prepare export and transport documentation, issue certificates such as proforma, ATR, and COO, and keep these up to date.
The role also includes invoicing related to transport and repair — control and accounting in Basware, order and license invoicing, third-party and manual invoicing, as well as internal charges. You resolve transport cases, support internal functions, and handle system-related problem solving in SAP, including status updates in BOL/E-repair. Additionally, you compile statistics and metrics for business follow-up.
We believe you are a person who
- Is precise and structured with the ability to juggle many balls at the same time
- Has a natural service focus and thrives being a reliable contact person
- Is solution-oriented and can handle unexpected situations without losing momentum
- Works well in a team but is also confident in driving work independently
- Thrives in a daily routine with high mobility and varying types of cases
We would like you to have
- Experience in transport and freight forwarding administration as well as export and customs documentation
- Good knowledge of delivery terms (Incoterms) and transport conditions
- Familiarity with business systems and invoice management, especially SAP, Basware, and MS Office
- Very good Swedish and English skills in both speech and writing
Meritorious
- Valid training in dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA)
- Experience with TMS, for example nShift
- Relevant product knowledge within energy or automation
Why this role?
You will become part of a team where precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central. Here you will have the opportunity to grow in your role, work closely with both technology and business, and contribute to keeping a global supply chain running smoothly.
