Are you a detail-oriented and solution-driven Trade & Transportation Administrator with experience in transport administration and logistics? Jefferson Wells is now looking for a Trade & Transportation Administrator for a long-term consulting assignment in Malmö. Here you will work broadly with transport, documentation, and process optimization in an international environment – a perfect opportunity for you who want to develop within transport and logistics.
Your role in transport and logistics
In the role of Trade & Transportation Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality transport flows. You work operationally and coordinatively with transport, documentation, and deliveries – from planning to follow-up.
Your main tasks include:
- Plan, execute, and follow up on transport-related activities
- Create and ensure correct and complete transport documentation
- Maintain ongoing contact with transport providers and monitor performance
- Review and validate transport invoices and cost tracking
- Optimize transport solutions and drive efficiency, e.g., through consolidation
- Support the entire logistics flow, including transport, forwarding, and warehousing
- Ensure documentation is archived according to regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of transport processes
- Participate in follow-up and development of supplier collaborations
- Work with systems and master data related to transport
Your profile – we seek the right skills in transport administration
To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, analytical, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration with problem-solving and improvement work.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in transport administration, logistics, or forwarding
- Knowledge of transport documentation and regulations
- Experience with TMS systems (nShift is a plus)
- Good understanding of the entire logistics chain
- Experience working with supplier contacts
- Good system proficiency and experience with master data management
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Certification in dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, or IATA)
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a natural drive to improve processes.
The workplace and the assignment
You will be employed by Jefferson Wells and work as a consultant for our client in Malmö. The client is an international player focusing on quality, sustainability, and efficient supply chains. You are offered a dynamic work environment where collaboration, security, and continuous development are central.
The assignment starts in August and lasts for 2 years.
