We are looking for an engaged Sales Consultant in E-commerce who wants to work with outbound sales to private customers. You will become part of a growing team where the focus is on high quality, good customer relationships, and clear sales targets.

• Contact private customers via outbound calls and sell electricity agreements.

• Identify the customer's needs and present the right solution.

• Handle objections and use closing techniques.

• Work towards individual sales and quality goals.

• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Participate actively in coaching, follow-ups, and sales meetings.

• Ensure that sales are conducted according to current regulations and internal guidelines.

• Have documented experience in telemarketing or other proactive sales.

• Are accustomed to working towards individual sales targets.

• Have experience with CRM systems and digital work tools.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Have a natural ability to build trust and drive deals over the phone.

• Experience from e-commerce, telecommunications, or subscription-based services.

• Experience with outbound telemarketing.

• Documented good sales results.

• Experience in objection handling and closing techniques.

• Thrives in a results-oriented environment with a fast pace.
