We are recruiting directly for a business-driven "Sales & Partner Manager" to join OV Helsingborg HK, one of Scania's leading sports clubs in many respects.

OV Helsingborg HK is a handball club with a long tradition, characterized by great commitment and pride. We aim high, and our vision is that OV Helsingborg should now be Sweden's leading example of how elite and children/youth handball and community engagement collaborate. The goal is that we always play in the top league at both the women's and men's levels.

We are now looking for a "Sales & Partner Manager" who wants to be part of our continued journey.

In a team with our club manager, you are responsible for driving and developing the club's revenues. You will have clear individual responsibility and work together with an engaged network within the club.

You will be responsible for attracting new partners while retaining, nurturing, and developing existing collaborations and sponsors. As "Sales & Partner Manager," you will independently find new business opportunities and develop existing partner offers. Part of the new role is also to contribute to developing and implementing club activities for our partners/sponsors.

Experience and Competence

  • Having a heart for sports is an advantage; what is important is your drive and willingness to contribute to the club's development.
  • You are business-driven and have experience in sales, preferably from the sports sector.
  • You have experience throughout the entire sales process and have organizational skills to document and follow up on our partnerships.
  • You are outgoing, an open-hearted person who easily creates relationships and builds long-term partnerships.
  • You are resilient and results-oriented and want to develop to become better.
  • You are unpretentious and find it easy to collaborate with others.
  • You like to involve others in work and decisions – while being independent and driving forward regardless of others.
  • You are flexible, keep a high pace, and are willing to work evenings and weekends occasionally.

  • Scope: 100% position, located at OV Office Helsingborg
