About the role

In the role of Project Engineer in Communication, you will become a key person in a challenging societal construction project. You will be part of a project management organization where you work closely with the operations to identify strategic communication needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting ongoing operations by planning, producing, and delivering approved communication activities that strengthen trust and understanding.

  • Produce material for internal and external channels.
  • Create printed and digital dispatches as well as presentation materials.
  • Plan and execute events such as consultations and information meetings.
  • Produce content in the form of photos and video.
  • Support press activities and study visits.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming feedback from the public.
  • Handle ongoing communicative challenges and opportunities in the project.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a university degree in media and communication science or similar.
  • Have 3 years of work experience from similar work.
  • Have knowledge of digital communication and social media.
  • Have knowledge of brand building.
  • Have good skills in MS Office or equivalent.
  • Have good skills in editing tools and web publishing tools.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in planning, production, implementation, and follow-up of communication.
  • Experience in writing and tailoring content for different channels.
  • Experience working in the public sector.
