We are now looking for you who want to work in ICA stores this summer!

As a retail consultant, you are employed by Bemannica and work in various ICA stores in Lund, Malmö, and the surrounding area. This gives you broad and valuable competence within the grocery retail industry.

Bemannica is an authorized staffing company that has helped ICA stores with their personnel needs for over ten years.

About the role The tasks will vary between cash register work, picking goods, and more, based on which departments you have experience in. We are looking for someone who has previously been employed at ICA or another food store. If you have experience in departments such as delicatessen or the front shop, it is highly meritorious. Regarding working hours, work is available both in the mornings and evenings, and shifts can be scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends. You enter your availability into our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our app. In other words, this is a perfect part-time job alongside studies or another job.

About you We are looking for someone who has previously been employed in a food store. As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and enjoy fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the Swedish Union for Shopkeepers, Clerks and Office Employees (Handels) collective agreement with associated shift allowances.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
