Svenska Spel's outlets are located throughout the country and are a vital part of the interaction with our customers. Here, you will help shape the future outlet network, from new establishments and business development to strategic collaborations with chains and stores.

What will you do?
As an Outlet Developer, you are responsible for developing, optimizing, and future-proofing Svenska Spel's outlet network. This is a field-based role where you will spend a significant portion of your working time visiting our outlets, retail chains, and collaboration partners. Through close dialogue and regular visits, you drive the development of our outlet network and ensure that we are in the right locations, with the right partners and conditions to create value for both customers and the business.
You will, among other things:
Identify and strategically develop our outlets and retail collaborations
Conduct business dialogues and development meetings on-site at outlets and chain partners
Analyze sales, customer flows, and local conditions, as well as monitor the external environment to identify new business opportunities and development needs
Serve as the contact person for strategic retail chains regarding establishment and development matters
Manage new outlet establishments as well as cases related to ownership changes and renovations
Ensure that establishments and changes follow Svenska Spel's guidelines, concepts, and brand standards
Contribute to the development of policies, criteria, and working methods for the outlet business
Collaborate closely with colleagues in areas such as Retail & Customer Service, Retail Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), Telesales, Concept, and Technical Support
The role involves many contact points and offers great opportunities to influence how Svenska Spel develops its presence in physical retail.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
Several years of experience from retail, grocery trade, service trade, or other chain-driven operations
Experience in business development, establishment work, or network optimization with a focus on profitable growth
Good understanding of store operations, consumer behavior, and retail economics
Experience in analyzing sales, profitability, and market data to make business decisions
Proficiency in driving business dialogues, negotiations, and collaborations with various stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple parallel projects and processes simultaneously
Strong communication skills and an ease in building trusting relationships
