Are you looking for a new full-time position where you are at the center of processes within a global supply chain and have experience from the logistics industry? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are seeking a freight forwarder who is responsible for the business unit's transport-related issues, has control over outgoing and incoming goods flows, and handles additional administrative tasks. You will be the contact point for freight companies, internal functions, and other business units regarding transport-related matters. The company is a global technology firm focused on electrification and automation, with a desire to help industries, cities, and energy companies use electricity smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinate and book transports, including time-sensitive express deliveries and dangerous goods
• Monitor and follow up on deliveries
• Create export and transport documentation
• Handle certificate management
• Invoice management and license billing
• Resolve transport cases and support internal functions
• Compile statistics and metrics for business follow-up

Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and the position is full-time and should be filled immediately as soon as we find the right candidate. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to the client company with offices in southern Malmö.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience in transport and freight forwarding administration and knowledge of delivery and transport terms
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• You are proficient in business systems, including SAP, Basware, and MS Office

If you also have valid training in dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA) or relevant product knowledge, this is a plus.
