As a Spare Parts Salesperson at our facility in Östra Sönnarslöv, you will join an engaged team at one of our largest workshops. You will work closely with colleagues to provide the best service, optimize sales, and develop our business. We are a family-owned company with extensive and successful experience in the service and sales of agricultural machinery and spare parts. We are growing rapidly and have recently expanded our workshop by 900 sqm to continue offering our customers the best service and to grow as a company. Together with your colleagues, you will drive the business forward through excellent service and repairs of all kinds of agricultural machinery in a varied and developmental environment.

Our product portfolio consists of the industry's highest quality agricultural machinery brands, including: CLAAS, HORSCH, METSJÖ, KVERNELAND, SPEARHEAD, SCANSTONE, AVR, TREJON, IMPETU, HOLM, BIGAB, FARMA, MOWI, QUICKE, and DALBO.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have varied tasks focusing on spare parts, workshop operations, and sales. Your main responsibility as a Spare Parts Salesperson is to receive and check orders for spare parts and hand them over to our technicians and external customers. You will work on selling spare parts to both existing and new customers, with sales taking place both over the counter in the shop and via phone contact. You will collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure they receive the correct spare parts for their customer cases.

Your duties also include:

• Inventory management
• Unpacking
• Marking/Labeling
• Record keeping

As a Spare Parts Salesperson, you will have daily contact with customers to provide professional service, advice, and market our various brands. At the facility, we work as a team, which means other tasks may arise depending on needs.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a technical interest and thrive in customer-facing roles. You are someone who enjoys technology, service, sales, and has a strong interest in agricultural machinery. You have the ability to structure your work and maintain both quality and productivity in your daily tasks. You are skilled at collaborating with others and sharing knowledge and experience with the team. You contribute to development by constantly working on improvements that benefit both the company and your own growth. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, interests, and drive.

We look for the following qualifications:

• High school education, preferably with a technical/vehicle focus
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with business systems (experience with Pyramid is a plus)
• Good computer skills and a valid B driver's license (required)

Experience from the agricultural or automotive industry, and/or experience in similar roles such as warehouse work, sales, or service, is meritorious. A forklift license is also an advantage.
