We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured customer service representative for a consulting assignment via Adecco with immediate start. Do you thrive on customer contact, order processing, and providing top-class service? Then this might be the right assignment for you.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Receive calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Register and process customer orders.
  • Provide service and support regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
  • Can communicate verbally in English.
  • Has experience in customer service, order processing, or similar administrative tasks.
  • Is service-oriented, structured, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car.
  • Knowledge of Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical Information

  • Scope: Full-time – working hours 08:00–16:30
  • Start: Immediate (preferred from Monday, July 6th)
  • Assignment duration: 3 months
