We are now looking for a new colleague for our fresh office in central Helsingborg! We are seeking a Customer Account Manager within personal assistance who wants to take responsibility for ensuring our assignments run smoothly in everyday life, for both clients and assistants.

This is a role for you who likes to stay on top of things, build relationships, and solve problems as they arise.

About the role

As a Customer Account Manager, you are responsible for a number of clients and their assistance. You play a central role as the link between the client, relatives, and assistants. You ensure that the assignments work in practice and that the quality remains high.

The work is varied. Some days everything flows smoothly, while other days require quick decisions and solutions. The job requires you to be meticulous, structured, and able to prioritize. Administrative tasks are also part of the role, such as basic bookkeeping and mail handling.

Responsibilities

  • You maintain ongoing contact with clients and relatives
  • You plan staffing and schedules
  • You recruit and onboard new assistants
  • You follow up on assignments and work with quality assurance
  • You handle documentation and administrative tasks
  • You support assistants in their daily work

Qualifications

  • You speak and write fluent Swedish and Arabic
  • You have experience within personal assistance
  • You are structured and solution-oriented
  • You are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
  • You have good skills in building relationships
