About the Role
We are currently looking for a Case Handler for a government agency in Malmö. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries and cases via phone and email, providing information and guidance to customers. The work involves both customer contact and administrative processing, where you are responsible for registering, documenting, and following up on cases in the organization's systems. You will have ongoing contact with both internal and external parties and contribute to the efficient handling of the agency's cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent work based on guidelines and practices
  • Develop proposals, such as decision support materials
  • Plan and follow up on cases
  • Investigate, review, and process cases, including making decisions in simpler cases
  • Report investigation results and provide decision recommendations
  • Analyze and evaluate tasks and projects
  • Work of an investigative and/or coordinating nature
  • Conduct and follow up on activities

Contract Period and Scope:
The position of Case Handler is a full-time consultancy assignment starting in week 34 and is expected to last until week 40. The work is primarily based at the agency's office in Malmö. There is an opportunity for some remote work by agreement.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent education in the relevant field, plus at least six (6) months of work experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative legal case handling in the public sector.
  • Experience in customer support via phone and email, with the ability to meet customer needs and resolve cases efficiently.
  • Experience with case registration and archiving, both digital and physical.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other digital case management/customer systems.
  • Experience or good understanding of the library sector.
  • Some experience in reception work.
