Do you have experience as an executive assistant and enjoy working independently? Are you accustomed to scheduling and staffing? Then 1177 by Phone might be the right workplace for you! We are now looking for a new administrator with executive support duties for our unit in Kristianstad.

We are a cheerful team consisting of three units, comprising a total of approximately 90 nurses, one doctor, two administrators, and three unit managers. The office in Kristianstad, where you will be located, is situated near the hospital in bright and pleasant premises. Our other two units are centrally located in Malmö, where our other administrator sits. You will have close collaboration with this colleague.

Responsibilities

In your role, you will work with scheduling and staff staffing. Your duties also include receiving sick leave and fitness reports, and being available to nurses when they need support and IT assistance. You will also assist your manager with administrative matters.

Qualifications and Merits

The position requires a secondary education (upper secondary school). You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a requirement that you have good computer skills and are comfortable handling, for example, the Microsoft Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an executive assistant and/or with administrative tasks, and have experience and interest in scheduling. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have worked with Region Skåne's administrative programs such as HR Fönster, Raindance, and Ritz.

The Department of Close Care and Health has existed since January 1, 2025. The department is responsible for grant-funded healthcare activities within close care. This includes, among other things, mobile teams and specialized palliative care, reception activities within close care, emergency care within close care, 1177 by Phone, and certain region-wide functions. Additionally, the department is responsible for the development and follow-up of the transition to close care in Region Skåne. The number of employees is estimated to be around 1,000.
