AudioNova is looking for a Front Office representative interested in customer reception at our clinic in Helsingborg. This role is crucial to our operations and is an important position to take on. Do you want to be part of our success and well-being?
About the role
This is a full-time fixed-term position for an initial 6 months, with good prospects for extension. Our working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
The role of Front Office at AudioNova is a wonderful mix of being the face of the company and delivering excellent service to customers in our clinic, combined with administrative tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and can quickly switch between back-office tasks and taking care of our customers at the counter. The work requires a strong sense of teamwork with the customer in focus.
The work is always carried out in line with current objectives and regulations, as well as in line with Sonova's values: WeCare, WeDriveInnovation, WeStriveForExcellence, WeTakeAccountability, WeBuildTheBestTeam.
Examples of tasks:
- Customer reception
- Telephone switchboard
- Bookings
- Invoicing
- Checkout and cash handling
- Troubleshooting and basic servicing of hearing aids and assistive devices
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork who can deliver good customer service. You have good communication skills and are easy to build good relationships with. As we are part of a global group, we expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience from customer work, administration, and telephone switchboard, as well as a high sense of service. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals.
Furthermore, you are expected to independently prioritize and structure tasks while being a good team colleague, with requirements for flexibility both in your personality and in your role.
