ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Arena Host, you are the first person guests and members meet, and thus the face of Arena Triangeln. You work on an as-needed basis, sometimes with short notice and sometimes more planned. It is a flexible role without fixed schedules, perfect for you who like to step in where needed and deliver top-class service.

Your main task is to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You receive visitors, handle conference room bookings, and answer questions from both tenants and members. The role may also involve organizing breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks, as well as ensuring that meeting rooms and common areas are always presentable and inviting.

You also help with practical tasks such as mail and package handling, as well as simpler administration. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and previous work in reception, hotels, or conferences is advantageous.

You are employed by Carotte and work on behalf of our client Vasakronan, Arena Triangeln. Work shifts are primarily scheduled on weekdays and during office hours, but evening work may occur during certain events.

YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships and providing guests with an extraordinary service experience. You take initiative, take responsibility, and thrive working efficiently with others. High service standards and a positive attitude are the foundation of your work. Experience from hotels, conferences, or meeting booking is seen as a major plus.

You are self-motivated, flexible, and have a genuine service focus. In the role, you meet members from many different industries, and you are used to operating in environments where high service is a given. You enjoy meeting new people, and your interaction is characterized by energy, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.

Previous experience from coworking environments or other service-intensive roles is advantageous.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

• Experience in similar work, preferably within conferences, food, and service
• Good computer skills and experience working with digital services
• Experience with conference technology (advantageous)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
