Qualified Supervisor for Rusta and Matcha – Malmö (50 % with possibility of full-time)

HAGA Recruitment is looking for a qualified supervisor within Rusta and Matcha for our office at Linjetvågatan 2 in Malmö. The qualification requirements can be found at www.hagarekrytering.se/kvalifikationer.

You will work together with our office manager Wafaa in a small team with significant responsibility.

About the position

• Part-time, Monday–Friday from 09:00–13:00.
• Initially, the work consists largely of administration, but from day one you will also work with participants in both Rusta and Matcha.
• As the business grows, there are good opportunities to expand the position to full-time, if it suits both you and us.

We are looking for you who

• Meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements for a qualified supervisor within Rusta and Matcha.
• Have experience from the industry and enjoy working with a results-oriented approach.
• Are accustomed to establishing contacts with employers and working actively with matching.
• Are structured, self-initiative, and have good administrative skills.

It is an advantage if you:

• Speak Arabic, as many of our participants have Arabic as their mother tongue.
• Have experience with the business system Workbuster.
