At Vitec Samfundssystem, we support our in-house developed systems, giving us close proximity to both the product and the customer. You will become part of a customer service department with a strong team spirit and a high level of commitment to our customers.

Our operations target religious congregations, but we operate completely independently like any other company. However, we believe that the activities of these congregations are important for society and individuals. Without Vitec Samfundssystem, parts of the congregations and the Swedish funeral industry would come to a standstill.

We are embarking on an exciting development journey where we will further develop our internal working methods in the coming years. The goal is to simplify the support process and help our customers find the right solution faster.

As part of this development, we are introducing a new case management system and continuing to build our web support so that customers can easily receive guidance and find answers to their questions.

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in this work.

About the role

As a Business Consultant at Vitec Samfundssystem, you will be part of the customer department, which consists of eleven people divided into two teams. You will join the team working with payroll and accounting software within the FAS and LabOra system series, with a focus on the accounting systems.

You will work closely with our customers in a varied role that combines support, consulting assignments, and system-related work.

Your responsibilities

• Provide qualified support to customers via phone and email

• Troubleshoot and guide users through system functions, as well as handle business-related questions

• Participate in developing internal working methods and web support

• Work with implementations of electronic invoice management

• Conduct short-term consulting assignments (usually 1–4 hours), primarily remotely

• Eventually conduct training via webinars and occasionally on-site at customer locations

• Test systems in connection with new versions

• Contribute to upselling by identifying customer needs

We also act as a service bureau for several customers, meaning we function as their external financial consultants. The tasks vary in scope and are distributed within the team.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in financial work with a good understanding of financial processes

• Has an interest in systems and digital working methods

• Is pedagogical and enjoys helping others

• Is solution-oriented, structured, and responsible

• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

Merits:

• Experience in a support or consulting role

• Experience with budgeting and closing accounts

Since our customers are located in Sweden, you must speak and write Swedish fluently.
