RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to coordinate collaboration between several actors and contribute to more people finding their way to the labor market? Landskrona Municipality has initiated a project funded by FINSAM Landskrona-Svalöv, with the goal of creating real employment opportunities for people who are far from the labor market. We are now looking for a Labour Market Coordinator who wants to make a difference, both for the individuals in the project and for the municipality's long-term competence supply.
Your duties include:
- Coordinating work between Landskrona Municipality, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and the health center
- Identifying and preparing municipal operations to receive individuals for work training, internships, or employment placements
- Mapping and following up on participants throughout the project and ensuring that the right support is in place
- Establishing and following a structured process plan with timelines, sub-goals, and follow-ups
- Documenting and following up on the project's progress by using tools such as BIP's progression tool and socio-economic calculations
- Anchoring the project both politically and in relevant management groups
We offer a unique opportunity to help shape a new project. In your work, you will contribute every day to helping more people find a way forward towards employment and increased independence. You will become part of an engaged work group within the Labour Market Department at the City Management Administration. The position is a fixed-term employment until 2027-09-30.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are engaged and solution-oriented with a strong interest in creating long-term and sustainable results. You naturally take initiative in social contexts, have good communication skills, and are good at building new relationships, which is crucial in a role with many contact surfaces. You are also structured and enjoy creating order in complex situations with many parallel tasks. You must have the ability to lead and engage both operational and strategic groups, as well as build trusting relationships with various actors. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
Requirements:
- Experience of working within projects, preferably within labor market, business, or social work
- Experience of working with target groups who are far from the labor market, such as long-term unemployed or persons on long-term sick leave
- Good understanding of and experience in collaboration between public and private actors, preferably within labor market integration
- Experience of working with systematic documentation and follow-up
Meritorious:
- Experience of leading and engaging operational and strategic groups
