Vellingetaxi is hiring on-call staff for our switchboard in Trelleborg

You should be a quick learner and comfortable using computers.

Vellinge Taxi's switchboard is located in Trelleborg. There are good public transport connections from the workplace, making commuting easy.

The switchboard operates in teams of 2–4 people during the day and 1–3 people in the evenings. No prior experience is required, but you must be able to learn new tasks quickly. We also value other relevant experience you may have. We are primarily looking for a capable and positive personality; previous experience is not a requirement.

We welcome applicants who have recently graduated from high school and are ready to enter the workforce.

Students looking for part-time work with good computer skills are encouraged to apply for this position.

You should be a stable and reliable person who respects the responsibilities that come with the job. Being well-organized and stress-resistant are key qualities.

Collaboration is central to this role. You will work in a team with other traffic controllers, drivers, and transporters.

Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Basic English skills are also needed to handle English-speaking customers.

You must be able to multitask effectively. As an order receiver, you will handle customer bookings via phone and digital channels.

Tools include computers, telephone switchboards, and other communication equipment. The role may require stress tolerance during peak periods.

Salary according to the Call Center Agreement (Union's collective agreement).
