About the role and your responsibilities
With interest, willingness, and ability, you take on both ongoing tasks and more complex issues requiring analysis, strategy, and improvement work. You prioritize independently, identify areas for development and improvement, and proactively contribute solutions within HR work.
An important part of the role involves scheduling and staffing issues. You will actively work to support operations in this area, including our ongoing pilot project in AI-based scheduling. Here, you contribute with follow-up and data to support planning and decision-making.
You have many contact points and collaborate closely with managers, unit administrators, HR colleagues, and central functions within the organization. Your working style is characterized by good service, structure, and a clear focus on solutions. You provide administrative support and support within several HR-related processes and HR systems.
The responsibilities also include:
- Producing statistics and creating various types of reports and decision-support materials.
- Listening and finding ways to streamline smarter routines and coordination.
- Working with follow-up and contributing data for operational and HR follow-up.
- Answering simpler employment law questions.
- Collaborating with central functions responsible for employment and payroll administration.
- Supporting colleagues in various development and improvement projects.
- Participating in training and support for unit administrators.
You have a strong interest in systems and digital ways of working. You are accustomed to working in various systems, seeing patterns and changes in data, and working proactively to improve ways of working and processes using system support.
We are looking for you
You have at least a high school education with a theoretical or administrative focus. Further education is not decisive; more important is that you have solid experience, at least 7 years, from similar tasks involving analysis, strategy, and improvement work within administrative processes. We are looking for you who genuinely have an interest in and the ability to look up and find viable paths for development and coordination. You have good digital competence.
We assume you have high service ability, can prioritize, and work efficiently. It is meritorious if you have worked with employment law and collective agreement issues. Education in, and experience with, the IT tools PersonecP, Time Care Pool, WinLas, and Multi Access is meritorious.
You enjoy collaborating and working in teams and understand the role as professional support to operations. You have the ability to see the operation from a holistic perspective, are meticulous, responsible, and can handle fast-changing situations. You are used to working in a structured and independent manner and have the ability to prioritize and handle many tasks in parallel. Delivering good service is part of who you are and what motivates and drives you. To be successful in the role, good communication skills and good Swedish in speech and writing are required.

About the workplace
The HR team consists of 10 employees plus the HR unit manager. In total, within the department, which also includes communication and recruitment, we are 26 colleagues. The department's mission is to deliver the best operationally close support within competence supply, work environment and health, employment law, wage formation, employment, working hours, and collaboration. Our vision? That the HR and communication perspective should be a natural part of all processes and decisions and thereby contribute to older people and people with disabilities living an active, social, and meaningful life on their own terms.
We work in premises centrally in Lund, right next to the train station. We are close to laughter, and we all contribute to our positive atmosphere in the group!
