You will become part of the Planning Unit within the Community Development Administration, which consists of planning architects, master planners, land and development specialists, as well as GIS and mapping functions. We are a small and close-knit group that supports each other and enjoys a friendly atmosphere in a beautiful working environment at Björkegrenska Gården.

Responsibilities

In the role of Land Manager, you will be responsible for the municipality's land holdings. Your tasks will include, among other things, the sale of municipal residential and commercial properties, handling issues related to leases, agreements, and property law, representing the municipality in consultations with the Land Survey Authority, and responding to building permit referrals as the landowner. You will also work strategically with land issues and help drive the municipality's development as an active landowner. You will communicate with experts and colleagues within the municipality, as well as with developers, politicians, and citizens.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have an education in community planning, land surveying, property development, or equivalent.
• Have experience in drawing up agreements in connection with the purchase and sale of properties.
• Have worked with various forms of land easements, such as servitudes, leases, and other usage rights.
• Have knowledge of property law/real estate law.
• Express yourself well in speech and writing and find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally.

Employment type: Permanent position.
