We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged employee for our assignment in Kristianstad. As an Office Support, you will become an important part of the customer's daily operations. You are responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning workplace for both employees and visitors.

The role is varied and combines work within reception, office services, and conference/catering services. You will become a natural point of contact at the office and contribute to creating a positive experience through high service standards, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and registering visitors, acting as the company's face.
  • Handling inquiries and orders via phone, at the desk, and by email.
  • Planning, preparing, and serving catering for meetings and conferences.
  • Responsible for booking and preparing conference rooms.
  • Handling orders for coffee, fruit, and other consumables.
  • Reviewing and administering invoices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience working in service, such as reception and/or office services.
  • Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Employment type and working hours:

Permanent position at 50%, Monday–Friday, daytime.
