Do you want to work in a clinic where engagement, collaboration, and high-quality care are at the center? We are now looking for a friendly and driven receptionist who wants to become part of our team at Tandvården Klaffbron.

Tandvården Klaffbron is a modern clinic with a wide range of treatments, located in central Malmö/Dockan with a lovely view of the harbor.

We offer general dentistry and pediatric dentistry.

At the clinic, we work in teams using a delegated working method where the dental hygienist is an important cog in the machine.

Job Responsibilities

We have a clear delegated working method where the entire team is involved and collaborates.

The role of receptionist includes managing the team's schedule, call lists, contact with Region Skåne, rescheduling appointments, and patient reception.

Tasks that normally fall to dental hygienists, such as assisting in the sterilization room and other administrative duties, may also occur.

Qualifications

Experience within dentistry is an advantage. You work with delegated tasks, have good collaboration skills, and a desire to contribute to a positive work climate. Very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and engaged, and who always puts the patient's best interests first. You have good collaboration skills and thrive with varied tasks. You have the ability to overview, plan, and prioritize, as well as an economic mindset.
