Work closely with entrepreneurs in one of Sweden's most important industries and make a real difference. We are looking for an accounting consultant who wants to help strengthen Skåne's agriculture.

Demand for our services is growing, and we need you who want to combine economics, business development, and advisory services in a varied and stimulating job. We are a team of approximately 30 employees working with everything from market monitoring, accounting, annual reports, tax advice, succession planning, and corporate finance. With us, you will have a role where you work closely with our customers and contribute to their long-term profitability and development.

We have offices in five locations around Skåne: Skepparslöv, Hörby, Munka Ljungby, Sandby Gård, and Borgeby. For this position, we are primarily looking to strengthen our office outside Hörby.

About the role

As an accounting consultant with us, you will primarily work with accounting, annual reports, tax advice, economic management, and business development. The role is partly shaped based on your competence and interests. You have significant personal responsibility and plan your work independently. In return, you are offered a flexible role with great freedom to influence and plan your workday.

You will, among other things:

• Prepare ongoing accounting, annual reports, and tax returns
• Provide qualified advice within economics, tax, and economic management
• Support agricultural entrepreneurs in economic and strategic decisions
• Work with profitability analyses, investments, and business development
• Build long-term customer relationships and be an important sounding board in the entrepreneurs' daily lives

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in production agriculture or horticulture, combined with a strong understanding of economics. You are curious, engaged, and thrive in a role where you get to work closely with people and operations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education for the position from a university, college, or university college, or equivalent work experience
• Experience within the profession
