We are now looking for more people to join our team in Helsingborg.
About the roleThis is a role for you who want to develop within customer service, communication, and sales.
You work with existing customers through both incoming and outgoing calls. The role involves helping customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and at the same time identifying opportunities to improve the customer's solution through cross-selling and upselling when there is value for the customer.
This is a combination of customer service and sales where the focus lies on good customer experiences, clear communication, and results.
In this role, we work with a clear step-by-step model where you gradually learn more tasks and take on more responsibility over time.
You start with the basics and then build further step by step in areas such as:
Customer Service
Communication
Administration
Cross-selling and upselling
Renewals and customer care
More advanced customer cases
The goal is for you to develop long-term and gradually build a broad competence within customer service and sales.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls from customers
Help customers with questions regarding subscriptions, invoices, and services
Handle customer cases and simpler administration
Contact existing customers via phone
Work with cross-selling, upselling, and renewals
Follow up on goals and develop through coaching and feedback
Contribute to a serious and driven work environment
You do not need previous experience in sales or customer service. The most important thing is your attitude.
You are comfortable talking on the phone
You are service-oriented and like helping people
You can listen and communicate clearly
You take responsibility and are punctual
You want to develop and are open to feedback
You have basic computer skills
You speak and write Swedish fluently
Position: Full-time
Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00
Work format: On-site (no remote work)
Practical training in customer service and sales
Clear structure, coaching, and follow-up
