We are now looking for an administrator who wants to make a difference in an organization where the individual is at the center. Here, you will have an important role with great variety, close collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to a functioning and secure daily life.

Your Role

As an administrator here, you will have an important and central role in the operations. You will work closely with the unit manager and have daily contact with staff and colleagues. The work is varied and offers a developing daily routine where no day is like the other.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Staffing personnel during absences
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts with new hires
  • Conducting introductions for new employees
  • Booking staff for various training courses
  • Walking new hires through various systems
  • Ordering goods, checking deliveries, and approving invoices
  • Creating schedules and distributing them to staff
  • Handling time discrepancies, absences, and reassignments in the payroll system
  • Reviewing the payroll system before payroll processing
  • Acting as a support for the unit manager

Your Experience

To be considered for this role, you need:

  • At least a high school education in administration, economics, social sciences, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience in administrative tasks, preferably from working as an administrator in healthcare
  • Experience from working within the healthcare sector
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, with strong written communication skills

Additional qualifications that are meritorious:

  • Experience from working in municipal operations
  • Experience from scheduling and staffing economics
  • Experience from the systems LifeCare, Phoniro, Besched, eCompanion, Raindance, and Proceedo

About the Workplace

Bergagården is a care and nursing home located in the eastern part of Eslöv, approximately a 15-minute walk from the station. Here, residents live in their own apartments distributed over three floors. The facility is staffed around the clock, and there is close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

At Bergagården, the staff works individually tailored to the resident's needs. The care and support provided are characterized by good ethics with the goal that residents retain their ability to perform tasks themselves.

Salary between 31,000 to 40,000 depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on a comprehensive assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the area in which you have previously worked.
