RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Production Planner for our Unit System and Support, based in Malmö.

In the role of Production Planner, you play a central part in ensuring efficient and well-functioning staffing. You work in a team of 17 colleagues with various administrative tasks, where you, together with two colleagues, are responsible for scheduling and resource planning.

Your main responsibilities include:

• creating and maintaining long-term schedules
• handling vacancies and short-term staffing
• receiving absence reports and ensuring coverage
• scheduling activities, meetings, and other events
• updating and working in our HR systems.

You will become a key link between unit managers and employees, contributing to creating good conditions for operations both in the short and long term.

We offer a permanent position with daytime hours, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Your workplace is our modern premises at Östergatan 20 in Malmö.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• a completed and approved upper secondary education
• several years of experience in scheduling and production planning
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience with the systems Calabrio and Visma is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize. You thrive in a role where you need to collaborate closely with others, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed. Your communication skills are strong, and you contribute to a positive work climate.
